The Library of Congress requires contract support to procure a broadcast intercom communications system. The Librarian Multimedia Group (MMG) will use the broadcast intercome system for communication between MMG Master Control and various locations among the three Library buildings on the Capitol Hill campus in Washington, DC. The system shall consist of one central intercom frame, desktop user stations, various headsets (single ear and double ear), along with a warranty and needed software in accordance with Section C of the attached solicitation document. A day of commissioning to set up the system and train MMG staff on its use is also required.
