Synopsis: Added: Jun 21, 2018 5:54 pm This project includes all labor, materials and equipment to prepare a building site and construct a new fee booth at the Aspen Grove station site on the Alpine Loop scenic byway near Sundance, UT. Work includes demolition and disposal of and existing small fee booth, new road base, concrete work including concrete footings, foundations and slabs, rough carpentry, sheathing, building wrap, log siding, metal roofing, vinyl windows, hollow metal doors and frames, cabinetry, painting, concrete coating, flooring, gypsum wall board, unit heaters, and electrical with feeder for a new garage at the site. The installation of electrical rough in is included in the base bid. The site is owned by the Pleasant Grove Ranger District of the Uinta Wasatch, Cache National Forest.

The work will be conducted at the Forest Service site near Sundance, Utah at an existing Forest Service owned historic site on the Pleasant Grove Ranger District. The site is shown on the cover sheet.
