1. Potentiometric titrator that measures initial pH and performs endpoint and/or inflexion point titrations for fruit juices and beverages. 2. Demonstrate ability to obtain precise and accurate measurements. 3. Generates reproducible data. 4. Automated robotics with high throughput. 5. Flexibility to simultaneously use different titrants using modular dosing systems. 6. The unit needs to be compatible with Tiamo 2.5 software (made by Metrohm) or have a free data collection and 7. analysis software package. 8. The unit needs to be able to perform sequential measurements more than 30 samples.
