Qualified firms must be able to perform janitorial services, landscaping services, snow removal services, and mechanical maintenance services over a sustained period of five years or more. This is a follow-on requirement for the subject building.
This requirement is to provide janitorial, landscaping, snow removal and mechanical maintenance services at the Social Security Administration Office in Haverhill, MA. This will be a performance based service contract utilizing commercial item procedures in accordance with Far Parts 12 and 13.
The Rentable Square Feet for the Social Security Administration Office is 5745 SF.
The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for janitorial services, landscaping services, snow and ice clearing services, mechanical maintenance services, and fire protection and life safety maintenance services. Additional services may be ordered at the discretion of the Government for work relating to the operations, maintenance and repair or upgrade of the covered facilities, but not covered in the basic services of the contract, as described in this document.
The period of performance is a base period of one year with four option periods of one year each. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled on or about July 5, 2018. Award is anticipated to be on or about July 30, 2018 with services starting on or about September 1, 2018. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only (www.fbo.gov) on or about June 28, 2018. The offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and associated documents. It is the responsibility of each potential offeror to monitor this website for any amendments or other information related to this solicitation.
