This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in combination with FAR Subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1645BC-18-Q-00014 and it is issued as a request for Quote. (RFQ) the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2005-97 January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380 - Testing Laboratories. Small business size standard is $15.0 million. Services are to be furnished in accordance with the specifications in the attached statement of work (SOW). A site visit will be established for vendors on June 6, 2018 at 9:00 AM. Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes must be received by Jennifer McKeever, Contract Specialist, no later than 2:00 PM on June 15, 2018. Quotes will be accepted by email at [email protected]. Electronic quotes must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotes must be valid for a period of 90 days and include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the services. This requirement is contingent on the availability of funds. Funds are not currently available at this time.
