The purpose of Amendment 1 is to change to regular monthly parking spaces instead of reserved parking spaces. Please provide your Quotes accordingly for the Base Period and four (4) option periods.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of United States African Development Foundation (USADF) has a requirement for the rental of three (3) regular monthly parking spaces (SUV size space) for the period of June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019 plus four (4) additional 12 month option periods, as described in the statement of work included in the RFQ document. This notice has been prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested as described in "52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors" and a hard-copy written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82.
This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis to the open market, under NAICS 812930 (Parking facilities) that has a United States Small Business Administration size standard of $38500000.00 in annual revenue.
Award will be based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
