Offerors shall review the attached 1449 for all details pertaining to this requirement. The statement of work is also available within the 1449. Review provision 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and 52.212-2 (Evaluation) to get instructions on how to submit quotes and how they will be evaluated.
Quote Format. The offeror shall not simply use the Statement of Work as their quote, but shall provide a quote personal to the offeror"s company. All quotes shall be readable in the MS Office format. As a minimum, offers must include--
(1) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror
(2) The solicitation number,
(3) The offeror"s cage code (status in the System for Award Management (SAM) must be ACTIVE)
(4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the technical performance factor addressed in the solicitation.
(5) Virtual proofs of each RPI
(6) A price breakdown of each item to also include a total price for the entire contract. Vendors are encouraged to include any setup, packaging, and shipping costs within each line item (not as a separate CLIN). Quotes for this requirement will be due NLT July 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST.
All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be emailed to [email protected], and shall be submitted NLT July 6, 2018 at 12:00 PM CST. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to all questions submitted by Offerors, but will consider the responses, compile them, and incorporate changes into the RFQ as deemed necessary. Government responses to questions will be posted through FBO within the specific RFQ assigned to this requirement for review by all Offerors NLT July 10, 2018. Therefore, questions/comments shall not be marked with a restrictive legend and shall not include proprietary information.
It is preferred that only one set of questions be submitted by each Offeror instead of multiple sets of questions. When submitting questions and comments, offerors shall populate the Question and Answer spreadsheet attached on this solicitation.
Offerors are advised to continuously monitor the RFQ posting on the FBO website for new information. The Offerors are deemed to have knowledge of all documents that are posted to the FBO website.
