This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed-price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between to $250000 and $500000. Place of performance will be near Winterhaven, California.

The purpose of this project is to remove and replace the existing KZ1A transformer with a government furnished transformer, including associated electrical equipment, as well as to expand and repair the transformer spill containment, at the Senator Wash Pumping-Generating Plant near Winterhaven, California.
