1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionall information included in this notice and attachements. The notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award award a Purchase Order to procure Plotter Printer maintenance service agreement for the following printers in accordance with the attached RFQ HHM402-18-Q-0043.
a. Ricoh MP W5100, Serial V1610700018 b. HP Design jet T7200, Serial MY48U5900H The contract will consist of performing maintenance and service for the Ricoh MP W5100 and HP DesignJet T7200 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)
The Government shall award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract vehicle. The period of performance shall be one (1 )base year from date of award, four (4) one (1) year option periods, and one (1) six month option period. Reference attached enclosures for RFQ starting on page 3 for list of CLINs and their associated descriptions, quantities, and units of measures. the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-69 dated 01 August 2013 and are attached. 3. This procurement shall be 100% set aside to the small business community under NAICS code 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $27.5M. It is solicited on an "all or nothing" basis; no split awards will be made. All CLINs must be quoted. This contract requires a flat fee maintenance rate with no overage charges (monthly rate). Maintenance charges will be billed quarterly. 4. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that can meet all aspects / requirements of the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS).
Summary Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide generally scheduled preventative maintenance and provide non-scheduled repairs (labors and parts) during normal hours of operation (0730-1700), Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. 5. the following provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation/contract: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial and its Addendum 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commerical items DOES NOT APPLY to this solicitation. However, award will be made to the lowest price offeror that meets all aspects and requirements of the attached SOW entitled "Statement of Work - Maintenance Agreement for One Ricoh Plotter & One HP Plotter, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB) dated March 2018. All CLINs must be quoted.
