Portland Automatic Guided Vehicle (№8781735)

This Firm Fixed Price Letter Contract is hereby entered into by and between the United States Postal Service referred to herein as the "Postal Service" located at 475 L"Enfant Plaza SW Washington, DC 20260-4130 and Seegrid Corporation referred to herein as "Supplier" located at 216 RIDS Park West Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275-1002.

The purpose of this contract is to provide advanced funds and authorization to proceed for the development and procurement of Long Lead Materials to support deployment of a quantity of six (6) GP8 Pallet Trucks and a quantity of nineteen (19) GT10 Tuggers with auto hitch feature, including program planning and non-recurring engineering start-up expenses for the deployment and acceptance of a total of twenty-five (25) Vision Guided Vehicles to the Portland P&DC in accordance with Statement of Objectives (SOO) Rev. 1.2 dated May 25, 2018. Initial funding of $1700000 is hereby provided, which is specifically limited for Supplier use to provide six (6) GP8 Pallet Trucks and four (4) GT10 Tuggers and the remaining funding balance is designated for non-recurring engineering expenses, including auto hitch, redundant supervisor and engineering support, which shall not exceed the $1700000 funding limitation.
