Synopsis: Added: May 01, 2018 6:42 pm The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson, AZ intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Powerhouse Boiler #3 Replacement. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Solicitation has been set aside for Total Small Business. A site visit is scheduled on May 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Attached Cover Letter contains details. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is concidered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Expected Date of Award is May 22, 2018. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at

www.sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The due date is May 18, 2018, 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration"s Federal Business
Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading and instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Added: Jun 11, 2018 4:36 pm "RFQ15B61518Q00000003 is amended in the following manner:
1. The Statement of Work is replaced to reflect a reduction in scope so that the contractor is no longer responsible for removal/disposal of existing boiler.
2. The solicitation is reopened and quoters are invited to submit quotes for consideration. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation are unchanged. Quoters who have previously submitted quotes may submit revised pricing or additional documentation at this time. The deadline for receipt of quotes is hereby extended. Quotations should be submitted in .pdf format and emailed directly to the Contracting Officer no later than 2:00 p.m. MST on June 18, 2018.
