Synopsis: Added: Jun 15, 2018 4:18 pm Design-Build Contract. The general intent of this project is to remove and replace the exterior stucco on the south wall and the entire roof material and flashing. This project also includes the design and installation of fall protection for performing maintenance work on the roof of the Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake Conference Center.

The Objective of this project is to repair the south wall"s stucco to current standards and provide a water tight building enclosure. This project will also provide fall protection for performing maintenance work on all roof-top HVAC equipment per the requirements of the current International Building Code (IBC), OSHA and EM-385.
