Synopsis: Added: Jun 14, 2018 11:26 am The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission awarded a Times and Materials order to ICF Incorporated LLC for project titled "Technical Assistance for the Development of Rulemaking to Establish Indefinite License Terms for Non-power Production or Utilization Facilities." The purpose of this acquisition is to address public comments on the Non-Power Production or Utilization Facility (NPUF) proposed rule, and implementation of the NPUF License Renewal final rule, under RIN 3150-AI96, which provides the foundation upon which a process for the NPUF licenses can be achieved. This is a continuation of work not completed under the prior contract. A limited source justification (LSJ) is attached.
