The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified Small Business for the Design-Build – Rebuild the Swimming Pool Building 1512-A at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, Kentucky.
The work involves services for the design and construction of a new Swimming Pool Building to replace the failed facility at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center. The contractor will protect the existing deck and pool during the demolition of the partially failed swimming pool building, which will include recycling as much construction waste as possible. The failed building has approximately 10000 gross square feet with an additional 2000 square feet that will most likely have to be demolished and replaced. Other work also includes connecting all existing utility lines and site/security lighting.
Period of Performance NTP to Substantial Completion: 340 calendar days NTP to Contract Completion: 370 calendar days

2. Prime Vendor’s Project Superintendent Experience of Projects of Similar Size and Scope (At least 3 projects within the last 5 years).
3 Safety
· Prime Vendor’s OSHA certification credentials.
Bid Guarantee
A 20% bid guarantee is required for this project.
