Synopsis: Added: Apr 10, 2018 2:43 pm (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.

(ii) The solicitation number is W91QF4-18-Q-0022 and is being issued as a Request for quotesl (RFQ). The US Army Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSC) anticipates awarding one firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement resulting from this RFQ.


(iii) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699 Other Miscellaneous School and Instructions, with a size standard of $11.0 M. This procurement is a set-aside 100% for small business.


(iv) The US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) enables a Speed Reading class, not to exceed eight hours of instruction, to improve CGSC students reading speed and comprehension. The class will be conducted at five locations in the continental United States. CGSS enables a speed reading program that at a minimum doubles an individual"s current reading rate. As a result of the training the students reading comprehension will increase to match reading speed.
