Offerors are expected to familiarize themselves with all systems and locations involved in providing these services. Quotes for each unit should include mileage to each site as payments will be lump sum for each unit. The quantities of each component are estimated and offerors are expected to verify system components at each unit.

The contractor will provide for each of the 4 sites on the schedule of items.
• Monitoring of entire fire alarm system. Monitoring per National Fire Protection Association (NFPQ) 101, 2018 Edition.
• Annual inspection of fire alarm systems to include inspection of smoke detectors, heat detectors, pull stations and emergency flashing light modules. The Diamond Lake Ranger District Site will require an additional annual inspection of wet and dry sprinkler systems.
• Annual fire extinguisher maintenance per NFPA 10, 2013 Edition (6 year maintenance schedule).
