The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019 with 4 option years.
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAO) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order, commercial item in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 18-242-SOL-00023.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88-1
The hourly price must be all inclusive (New Mexico Gross Receipt Tax) plus all other cost pertinent to the performance of this contract. Utilize your most competitive and reasonable rates.
The contractor will be required to perform Minimum 50 - Maximum 55 assessments per year, (at 8 hour per assessment) not to exceed 440 hours per year.
Contractor must show a background in providing neuropsychological assessment for Native American adults and youths suffer from disproportionately high rates of head injuries and other head and brain traumas.
The contract will be awarded as a single fixed-price purchase order for base year and four one-year option for renewal. All interested offerors must meet the evaluation factors stated in the solicitation.
