The Overseas Private Investment Corporation is seeking to purchase Training and Process Analysis in the field of Gender Lens Investing for Investment Professionals.
*If no satisfactory response is received from a certified women owned small business, OPIC will consider other eligible offerors.
Constraints: • Only offerors who will have an active SAM registration upon award are invited to submit proposals. • Only offerors who have demonstrated experience in applying Gender Len Investing are invited to submit proposals.
Questions/Concerns: Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via e-mail to Ms. Trenescia Cowans, [email protected], no later than 2 PM on March 13, 2018. Answers to the questions/concerns will be posted as Amendments no later than 5 PM on March 15, 2018.
Proposal Due: Submission shall be received not later than 2 PM on March 21, 2018, in accordance with the response date listed on page one of this document.
All offerors shall submit the following: - Cover page listing the OPIC Solicitation Number/Name and Offeror remittance address, DUNS number and Cage Code -Offeror capability statement and information in brief narrative form (less than 1 page) that demonstrates relevant experience performing contracts of a similar size and scope. - In response to the OPIC Statement of Objectives (SOO, see Attachment 1), submit an offeror-drafted Performance Work Statement (PWS) using the OPIC PWS Template (See Attachment 2, this offeror drafted document will be incorporated into the final contract and should be submitted in a separate document from the rest of the offeror"s submission.) Offeror must fill out the highlighted sections only. -Using the OPIC Pricing Template (see Attachment 3), submit price quote which identifies the requested items, unit price, and extended price. Clearly identify Firm Fixed Price Total, including any and all anticipated costs. -Offerors should include the solicitation number in the subject line of their emailed response.
This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for services as defined herein. The government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." OR "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" Offeror shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s).
