Synopsis: Added: Mar 06, 2018 4:08 pm The Library of Congress requires contract support to procure 800 YMCKO 650634 S50 ribbons for the IDP Smart S50 card printers, which will be replacing our legacy Datacard printers at the various Reader Registration points of service.

This is a firm fixed price contract. Period of performance is March 16, 2018 - May 16, 2018.

Added: Mar 07, 2018 2:39 pm The purpose of this modification is to attached the Justification and Approval for brand name requirement.

This contract is to procure brand name ribbon. Alternatives will not be accepted. Added: Mar 08, 2018 2:51 pm The purpose of this information is to clarify the correct form number listed in Section L.3 a and b. All other Sections and the remained of Section L shall remain the same.

Section L.3 a) and b) should reald as follows:

L.3 FORMAT AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUOTATIONS
The quotation submitted in response to this solicitation shall be formatted as follows:
a) L.3.1 Standard Form 1449
b) Blocks 17, 30b, and 30c of page 1 of Standard Form 1449 will be completed by offerors and Block 30a shall be signed to show that the offeror has read and agrees to comply with all the conditions and instructions provided in the solicitation document. The offeror must check or complete all applicable boxes or blocks in the paragraphs under Section K of the solicitation document.
