The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to provide customized Brand Football Team Uniforms for the USMMA Athletic Department. Instructions The government reserves the right to not award to any vendor not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government Any quote submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered for award Additional Instructions Certain items/products are Adidas Brand Specific (See Brand Justification). The items are specified in the Spreadsheet and Solicitation form. The items listed are from the Adidas 2018 Fall Team Catalog The Total Price shall include Product, Embellishment (Art Work Design) & Shipping costs. Interested vendors can submit quotes via the SF-1449 form or the company"s quote document or spreadsheet. The submitted document(s) must be signed. Artwork must be Pre-Approved by USMMA prior to production and instructions are outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) which must be agreed to (with signature). Explicit Instructions will be provided rgarding all embellishments upon award of order. Period of Performance Work is to be completed no later than July 182018. Evaluation The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable price (LPTA).
