HUD field phone telecom (№6990460)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attached documents. HUD, Northern Philadelphia Operations requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing field phone telecom services and this announcement and attachments constitute the solicitation and defines HUD"s requirement. The BPA will be written for a five-year period, with the performance estimated to be 09/23/2018 through 09/22/2023 and have no dollar value; individual call orders will be issued against the BPA, as needed, and each will have their own performance period and funding. HUD will not pay for information received. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities web page (https://www.fbo.gov/) for any/all subsequent amendments. It is the contractor"s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517911 with a size standard of 1500 employees. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement.

Questions must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] no later than noon on March 5, 2018. Any questions received beyond this date will not be answered and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Individual responses will not be given. Responses to all inquiries will be published on Federal Business Opportunities. Inquiries and information received after the established deadline shall not be considered for this particular acquisition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Only written inquiries will be accepted. The initial submission shall contain the best proposal from a price and technical standpoint. HUD intends to evaluate proposals and award a BPA without communications, but reserves the right to conduct communications if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation.
