Track Changes Work includes installation of permanent controls to divert salt water intrusion; removal of coating

system from all existing steel; repair of steel members/assemblies; surface preparation/application of

new coating to all steel structure; concrete repair at multiple locations including column bases and floor

panels; removal/replacement of existing fence and hardware. Installation and removal of a temporary

security barrier is also included. The project includes two options: Option 1 – Replacement of exterior

lighting; Option 2 –Replacement of exterior partition wall.
