It is the Government"s intention to issue a firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
