USAID anticipates awarding one (1) cost-plus-fixed-fee/completion form (CPFF) contract with a period of performance of five (5) years. Award of a contract under this RFP is subject to the availability of funds and other internal USAID approvals. Furthermore, USAID reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Government.
