NASA Headquarters has awarded a sole source, firm fixed price contract 80HQTR18C0020 to the Space Communication and Navigation Office (SCaN). The scope of work under this contract requires the contractor to register all of NASA"s satellites. NASA SCaN must ensure all of our satellites and other sources are properly regulated and protected. The UIT is the regulator for all international communications in the world. All countries of the world that fly communications satellites and other communications devices must register their hardware with the UIT to receive authorization and protection for their operations.
