Renovation of Building 215 at 1049 South Hill Street , Los Angegles CA 90015 (№5632239)

The Los Angeles Job Corps Center is a federally funded vocational program operated by YWCA GLA under the DOL contract 1631-OJC-17-CJ6-0045 is seeking a general contractor to provide the renovation of space in building 2 (215 1049 South Hill Street, Los Angeles CA 90015) from classrooms to office space. There will be a pre-bid walk of the site on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Los Angeles Job Corps Center. All interested contractors must attend this pre-bid walk and must call 24 hours in advance of attending the walk. The center is a secured facility and we need to know in advance who will be attending. All guests may be searched upon entry of the center. Guests are recommended to arrive early as the walk will be begin promptly at 2:00p.m. on November 6, 2017. The attached Scope of Work provides more detailed description of the work that will be needed for this project. Once the walk is conducted, contractors will be asked to provide a detailed bid by Monday, November 13, 2017 as described in the Scope of Work. This bid is open to all contractors but the center will give consideration to any small, veteran owned, minority owned, woman owned small business. The project must follow all requirements of the Davis Bacon Act and the selected contractor will need to provide prevailing wage detail. Please review all attached documents for more details.

The budget range for this project is between $100k to $250K.
