Uncover, lift, load, move, unload, secure and cover listed material in the PWS from the flight line to a listed storage area. Includes inventory of material, damage checks and reports. Includes all equipment, material and disposal costs needed to complete the work in a timely manner. All work is warrantied for three years to protect material from sunlight and weather.

The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:
•1. Lowest Price
First, the quotes will be sorted by price from lowest to highest.
•2. Technical Acceptability
Finally, the quotes will be reviewed for technical acceptability based on the below.
The technical requirements and approval will be based on the contractor"s lift and movement plan that will be provided as part of the bid. This is ensure that the high volume of material is properly lifted and moved to its new location. Once it"s arrived, it will ensure that the material is correctly secured in the storage location. We will evaluate the plan based on its thoroughness, level of detail, and attention to safety. Additionally, it will be evaluated to have minimal impact on airfield operations and runway recovery efforts.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
Offerors shall certify company information is accurate and current in the System for Award Management (SAM).
