Probabilities of Default Data (№4306955)

The OCC requires a responsible contractor to provide estimates of probabilities of default ("PDs") for U.S. and foreign public companies. As optional data products, the OCC may require the contractor to provide PD data for sovereigns and U.S. banks and thrifts at the charter or certificate level. Coverage of U.S. and foreign public companies, and optional coverage of sovereigns and U.S. banks and thrifts at the charter or certificate level, shall be extensive and data shall be available at the time periods identified below. The OCC will be able to access the PDs through (1) a convenient to use, web-based graphic user interface and (2) transfer via secure FTP ("SFTP").
