4" Chrome Decal (№4226517)

TRIM SIZE: 4-1/4 X 4-1/4" finished size, kiss-die cut to 4" diameter (scalloped edge).
STOCK: 4 Mil. Chrome Metalized Polyethylene Terephthalate (Mylar)
PRINTING/INK: Print face only by silk screen method in four colors as follows:
Transparent Red
Opaque Blue-Black
Opaque White
Transparent Gold
Match colors on furnished sample.
All images butt and trap to each other. Follow supplied sample for color breaks.
ADHESIVE AND PROTECTIVE LINER: The adhesive must be a permanent type. Protect the adhesive
entirely with an easy release, unslit, siliconized backing sheet.
EMBOSSING: Embossing dies are supplied. Follow the depth of embossing level on the supplied sample.
LAMINATION: After printing and embossing, laminate over the entire face side with a .003" thick, clear
polyethylene terephthalate.
DIE CUTTING: Kiss die cut 4" diameter stickers, "Scalloped" style on outer edge of "Rope" border to match
supplied sample. NOTE: Contractor must create cutting dies and return them to customer.
MARGINS: Center image.
BINDING: Trim 4 sides.
PACKING: Shrink film wrap in units of 50 per wrap.
Bulk Shipments: Pack in shipping containers not to exceed 50 lbs. when fully packed.
Use only new corrugated solid fiberboard containers with minimum bursting strength of 275 p.s.i.
Pallets are required for all destinations receiving 10 or more shipping containers. Failure to properly palletize
may be cause for re-palletizing at contractor"s expense.
NOTE: Contractor to strictly follow the supplied "Iron Mountain Receiving Guidelines" for specific packing information.


SCHEDULE
Furnished material will be available for pick up at the U.S. Government Publishing Office, 928 Jay more Rd.,
Suite A-190, Southampton, PA 18966 on November 17, 2017.
Partial Delivery of 250000 DECALS on/or before December 22, 2017.
Balance Delivery of 750000 DECALS on/or before January 22, 2018.
Unscheduled material such as shipping documents or instructions, delivery lists, labels, etc., will be furnished
with the order or shortly thereafter. In the event such information is not received in due time, the contractor will
not be relieved of any responsibility in meeting the shipping schedule because of failure to request such
information.
