The A2 Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is the sole point of contact for this procurement. The PCO can be reached at [email protected]. GSA reserves the right to publicly discuss and publish, or simply consider, questions and comments regarding the RFP.
This is the second official posting on FBO regarding the solicitation number QTA0016JCA0003. The first posting was the pre-solicitation notice on 3 June 2016. The FBO postings build upon one another under this solicitation number. An interested party in this A2 RFP is well served by reviewing all the 14 documents above as each contains important information.
As mentioned in the pre-solicitation notice, GSA intends to host an optional pre-proposal live conference as indicated in RFP Section L.3.6.
The pre-proposal live conference will provide an overview of the A2 RFP, accept questions, and will respond to many questions from interested parties. GSA will not introduce new information, as the RFP documents will not change except through RFP amendment(s), if any.
General information for the conference is as follows:
Forum: Live Conference - (No tape recording and no audio/video streaming). Date: Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Time: TBD based upon the session assigned once registered.
Number of Attendees per Company permitted: TBD Location: GSA, 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, D.C. - Ground floor main auditorium. Duration of Conference: About two hours in length for a single session, including GSA Presentation with Q&A. Attendance is voluntary: An individual may only attend one session.
Detailed information on the pre-proposal conference with Registration Instructions will follow within a few days following this RFP"s posting date. GSA will post any and all detailed information on this pre-proposal conference and will post any other matters concerning this solicitation on FBO, the only official government point of entry.

NOTICE OF AWARD

This is a written announcement to all interested parties. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) would like to share the good news about contract awards under the Alliant 2 GWAC Program.
GSA appreciates the robust competition for the Alliant 2 Unrestricted. After the review and evaluation in accordance with the criteria established in the solicitation, GSA has determined to make contract awards to 61 Offerors. All of those Offerors have been sent individual award notices on November 17, 2017. All the unsuccessful Offerors have also been notified and provided with a debrief.
Federal customers and potential customers interested in the GSA GWAC Program should refer to www.gsa.gov/alliant2 (or www.gsa.gov/gwacs) for more information about when the new awardees will be able to accept task orders. The Notice to Proceed for all awards is expected in the coming weeks.
