Synopsis: Added: Nov 22, 2016 2:31 pm The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Grant Compliance Audit Services for Argentina/Chile/Paraguay/Uruguay (AR/CH/PY/UR), in support of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), for a 5-year period of performance in accordance with the attached documents.

The award is intended to result in a 60-month IDIQ with firm fixed price task orders issued annually or as needed, with fixed Audit fees and fixed hourly rates for Optional Services. An economic price adjustment clause is included.

El propósito de esta licitación es para obtener Servicios De Auditoría De Cumplimiento en Argentina/Chile/Paraguay/Uruguay(AR/CH/PY/UR) en apoyo de la IAF, para un período de cinco años, según los documentos adjuntos.


El contrato está diseñado para dar lugar a un contrato de 60-meses IDIQ, de precio fijo firme tarea órdenes emitida anualmente o según sea necesario, con fija honorarios de auditoría y fija tarifas por hora de servicios opcionales. Se incluye una cláusula de ajuste de precio económico.
