URGENT SW Ignition SCADA (№2852401)

This is an Urgent combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 7309r1221083 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95.

This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 - Software Publishers. The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting SW Ignition SCADA as per document attached.


Performance period will be for one year starting from time of award.

Refer to attached SPECS to include dates and places of delivery, acceptance and FOB point.
The FOB Destination shall be the El Paso, TX HQ.
