The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Replacement of the Grit lines and the Installation of new Glass Lined Ductile Iron pipes in Precast Concrete Trench at South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant IAW attached SOW.
The purpose of this amendment A002 is as follows:
1. Add another site visit for potential Contractors. The site visit shall be held on 1 August 2017 at the SBIWTP, 2995
Clearwater Way, San Diego, CA 92154 at 9:30 AM PDT. See Continuation page 2.
2. Incorporate potential Offeror"s questions and Government answers. See Continuation pages 2 and 3.
3. The closing date has hereby been extended. Proposal are due NLT 1:00 PM MDT 18 August 2017.
4. Revise Grit Line Specification 7/14/2017
Offers shall complete and sign Box 30A, B, and C of Standard Form 1442 and Box 15A, B, and C of all Amendments to submit with their Proposal. (IBM17R0007, IBM17R0007-A001, IBM17R0007-A002)
