removal and replacement or reinstallation of the following site elements:
a. Install shoring and protections necessary for concrete repair work.
b. Perform concrete patch repairs to deteriorated garage slabs, beams, columns, and walls.
c. Perform crack injection repairs in garage concrete slab ceiling and walls.
d. Prepare substrate by sandblast and apply cementitious traffic coating.
e. Remove existing traffic striping and markings to the extent required for surface preparation for traffic coating. Reapply traffic striping after application of coating.
f. Remove and reinstall metal railings and stairs at concrete repairs and for traffic coating application.
g. Remove existing wheelstops, speedbumps, and other items from slab. Reinstall or replace after application of traffic coating.
h. Protect in place or remove and reinstall existing utilities and hangers, including but not limited to existing lighting, power conduits and boxes, sprinklers, fire alarm system, water lines, storm drainage lines, HVAC, ductwork, and communications.
i. Existing drains and plumbing have been recently replaced, including concrete repair around existing area and trench drains. Protect existing drains and clean when concrete work is finished. The contract issued will be Firm-Fixed Price.
The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $1M and $5M. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about February 16, 2017.
