Approximately 5507 windows are to be cleaned yearly.
The Contractor must provide a Site-Specific Safety Plan, a Window Cleaning Work Plan, a Fall Protection Plan, Licenses to do business in the District of Columbia, and provide proof of liability insurance of a minimum of $1000000.00.
The Ordering Period is September 30, 2017 through September 29, 2022.
FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition as a provision and is appended by LC52.215-1 - Proposal Submission Instructions - Best Value Trade-Off (Jul 2016).
FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, will be used to evaluate proposals. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:

All factors are listed in descending order of importance. The non-price factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price.
