Country and Sovereign Risk Training (№2821039)

The Overseas Private Investment Corporation is seeking to purchase Country and Sovereign Risk Training.

Constraints
• Only offerors who will have an active SAM registration upon award are invited to submit proposals.
• Only offerors who have demonstrated experience with the analysis of Country and Sovereign Risk in developing markets and frontier markets are invited to submit proposals.
• Only offerors who can arrange training availability for October 2017 (preferably the first 2 weeks of October) are invited to submit proposals.

All offerors shall submit the following:

- Cover page listing the OPIC Solicitation Number/Name and Offeror remittance address, DUNS number and Cage Code
-Offeror capability statement and information in brief narrative form (less than 1 page) that demonstrates relevant experience performing contracts of a similar size and scope.
- In response to the OPIC Statement of Objectives (SOO, see Attachment 1), submit an offeror-drafted Performance Work Statement (PWS) using the OPIC PWS Template (See Attachment 2, this offeror drafted document will be incorporated into the final contract and should be submitted in a separate document from the rest of the offeror"s submission.) Offeror must fill out the highlighted sections only.
-Using the OPIC Pricing Template (see Attachment 3), submit price quote which identifies the requested items, unit price, and extended price. Clearly identify Firm Fixed Price Total, including any and all anticipated costs.
-Offerors should include the solicitation number in the subject line of their emailed response.
