Synopsis: Added: Sep 11, 2017 12:57 pm The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Global Knowledge Training, located at PO Box 116929, Atlanta GA for the acquisition of Federal Training Vouchers for Technical and Managerial Training. Global Knowledge is the only vendor who is capable to provide a variation of the technical training courses specified to meet DEA�s mission.



In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government"s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The business size standard is $11M dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 13, 2017 at 1PM Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to [email protected].
