1. The solicitation number is HQ0034-17-R-0122 This solicitation is a Request For Proposal (RFP).
2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95.
3. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512; "Computer Systems Design Services", The small business size standard is $27500000.00.
4. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD), 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301, intends to procure Identity Protection Management Support Services for Joint Services Provider (JSP). The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed/labor hour contract for this requirement with a 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods. The anticipated performance start date is September 09, 2017. The Contractor shall commence services after contract award.
