Synopsis: Added: Sep 15, 2017 7:42 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation AG-94TZ-S-17-0148 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated 01-19-2017.

This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $32.5M as defined by FAR Subpart 19.1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 441228.
A quotation is being requested for the procurement of two 5-seat utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) and three 6-seat utility terrain vehicles.
The awarded contract is a firm-fixed price contract. Only one contract will be awarded.
FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition offerors will include with their quote a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
Quotes must be received by September 20, 2017, at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) Arizona at the Tonto National Forest Supervisor"s Office.
Electronic submission of proposals is encouraged with FAR 4.302(b). If electronic submission is not used, offerors shall use at least 30% post-consumer fiber paper and print/copy double-sided, or include an explanation concerning why it is not possible to print/copy double-sided. No faxes will be accepted.
