The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), Montlake Laboratory is located in Seattle, Washington. The project site consists of approximately 7.2 acres --- parts of which are occupied by buildings, roads, walks and other paved surfaces. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain landscaping services to maintain the landscaping at the project site in an aesthetic, environmentally sustainable, and professional manner.
