Synopsis: Added: Jul 17, 2017 4:02 am 1. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following work:
- Deliver and erect two precast concrete garages serving as storage rooms.
Place the two garages onto strip foundations according to manufacturer"s instructions.
- provide a paved surface between the garages and a surrounding gravel strip with an edging consisting of grass curb stones.
- Prior to start of the required excavation work, soil samples must be taken and tested concerning contamination. In case of contamination, the soil must be excavated.

2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of
the project is between $25000 and $100000.

3. The performance period is 50 calendar days, whereby a commencement
time of 10 calendar days is included.

4. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 July 2017on this website
with an anticipated closing date of approximately 28 August 2017. Paper copies
will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon
parties to review this website frequently for any updates / amendments.

5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by
the RCO Bavaria.

6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with
German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
