Synopsis: Added: Sep 06, 2017 2:29 am US Naval Hospital, Guam intends to negotiate a sole source contract with G4S Secure Solutions, 1851-A Army Drive, Harmon, GU 96913-4239 for installation, repairs, and upgrades to the medical treatment facility"s (MTF) existing Electronic Security System (ESS) and Nurse Call (NC) Systems. Conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 and FAR 13.106-1(b), where only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. The equipment and parts must match the system already in place at this MTF. G4S is the only authorized/licensed company technically capable of providing this service. It meets the Government"s needs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation will be issued and phone calls are not accepted. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
