On behalf of the Office of Information and Security Services (ISS), the Bureau of the Fiscal Service is issuing Solicitation Number TFSAISS17CI0009 for Cabling Infrastructure and Support Services. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a Labor-Hour contract for a 12-month base period and two (2) additional 12-month option periods.
This requirement is being set aside 100% for Open Market Small Businesses within a 2 hour response time to Parkersburg, West Virginia Fiscal Service office location.
This is a competitive acquisition, so providing additional discounts is desired.

It is the Offeror"s responsibility to ensure/confirm timely receipt of the proposal. The Offeror assumes full responsibility for ensuring that it is in accordance with Fiscal Service IT security requirements. The following file extensions are not allowable and proposal materials and/or data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered:
.bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, and .cpl.
Files may by "zipped," however, the file must be renamed, as .zip extensions will be quarantined by FS Security and we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered by the date and time listed in Block 8.
