The Contractor is required to sign and return one (1) copy of the SF30 Amendment document.
Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Waste Water Pumping Services at locations in the state of Ohio; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement.
The period of performance is 01 July 2017(or subsequent date) through 30 June 2018 with two (2) one year options.
This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code 562211 with a size standard of $38.5 Million.
