The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award to the Lowest Priced / Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Submit signed and dated quotes on company letterhead. Quotes must be good for no less than 90 days. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications system at: http://orca.bpn.gov. Quotation price shall be evaluated for reasonableness.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: All work, except SERVICE TASK 6, shall be conducted at the NIST WWVH location on the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) at Barking Sands on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii, on the site of Building 800 near Kekaha at Kokole Point on Wwvh Road. SERVICE TASK 6 shall be conducted via telecon and may need to be performed via conference call from the NIST/Boulder location at 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305.
No site visit to take place.
