This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 73094221009 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95.
This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting Services for Replacement of burnt wiring cable as per documents attached. Refer to attached Scope of Work and other documentation to include dates and places of delivery, acceptance and FOB point. The FOB Destination shall be the Amistad/Del Rio Field Office. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend a site visit prior to submission of an Offeror"s quote. A site visit may be arranged with Ms. Rosie Montes via emial ONLY at [email protected] with a copy to me. Site visit shall be arranged by August 1, 2017. Offer Due Date/Local Time: August 10, 3:00 PM MST Q&A will be accepted by NLT August 7, 2017 at 3p via email ONLY to [email protected] Questions received from Offerors after this date will not be responded to. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Please offer best pricing with initial discounts. DUNS number shall be included with your quote. TIN number shall be included with hour quote.
