Synopsis: Added: Aug 21, 2017 1:41 pm Long Beach Job Corps a federally funded training program managed by Odle Management Group under DOL contract #DOLETA16H004 is seeking a vendor to replace 24 light poles around the center along with replacing the light fixtures on those poles with LED 10-year warranty lights. The exact cope of work for this project is as follows:

*Remove a total of (13) 28" x 5" steel poles and the existing fixures.
*Install (17) new 28-foot x 5" silver AVPL galvanized steel poles with 10-year finsih warranty and new base cover onto the existing concrete bases. This includes 4 light poles that have previously failed and already have been taken down.
*Install (17) new 144w LED fixtures with a 10-year warranty at each failed and or missing location, pull new wire to each pole, install new anchor nuts and washers.
*At (12) locations drill new threaded anchor bolts on exisitng bases with specialized expoxy. Make up all wiring connections and test fixtures for proper operation.
*Remove (11) remaining 15" x 5" steel poles and the existing fixtures.
*Install (11) new 15-foot x 5" Silver AVPL galvanized steel poles with 10-year warranty, pull new wire to each pole, install new achor nuts and washers.
*At (10) locations, drill new trheded anchor bolts onto existing bases with specialized epoxy. Make up all wiriing connections and test fixtures for proper operation.

Please note, Long Beach Job Corps must follow Davis Bacon regarding prevailing wage and this must be taken into account when your bid is submitted. Please including the attached documentation aloin with a copy of your companies certification of insurance as well as liability. All bids must inlcude all work, equipment rental, materials and supplies needed to complete This is a last and final call for all bids related to this project.
