The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement to obtain professional customer service support that not only provides reverse mortgage (HEMC) servicing support, but also customer service support that supports a wide variety of incoming inquiries from reverse mortgage (HECM) borrowers, HECM lenders/servicers, home ownership counseling organizations, the general public and other HUD divisions.
In accordance with FAR 15.101-1 a Best Value source selection process will be conducted.
