The vision of this requirement is to obtain contractor support to assist HUD with property management services. By obtaining these services HUD will better ensure that:
•FHA insured properties are maintained in a manner that preserves communities;
•HUD has real time access to all property related information;
•Properties are secured and safe from hazardous conditions;
•Property values are preserved;
•Properties are maintained in a manner that reflects a high standard of care;
•There is a high level of customer satisfaction with HUDs property disposition program.

General Information
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Single Family Housing, Real-Estate Owned (REO) Division is seeking contractor support to provide property management services. Services shall include property maintenance and preservation services, property inspection, securing property, and performing cosmetic enhancements/repairs.
