Synopsis: Added: Nov 26, 2018 12:15 am The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform manned aircraft Airborne Laser Scanning (ALS) topographic survey, covering the area of interest indicated in Appendix A, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and with commercial standard, local laws and regulations. The contractor shall follow U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Manual (EM) for Photogrammetric and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) Mapping (EM 1110-1-1000) (https://www.publications.usace.army.mil/Portals/76/Publications/EngineerManuals/EM_1110-1-1000.pdf) for required aerial survey mission. If any part of this EM does not fit for this mission, due to local or regional restrictions, the contractor shall use Japanese Survey Law and public surveying regulation manuals of Japan, as substitute guidelines.

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror"s responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner by email or fax. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings.
Note 4: It is the vendor"s responsibility to make sure the Government received the email or fax.
